I worked on the Gemba project for Gemba
(at the time, The Leadership Network LTD)

I maintained and improves their live platform used to deliver multi-user events and training. I also created new activities and workshops to be delivered along side their suite of tools and working areas.

  • Developed new features and experiences using C# and PUN (Photon Networking)

  • Built tools to reduce development time

  • Created interaction and building tools over Photon Unity Networking

  • Maintained application using a live game mentality.
